The weather is pretty cold here - highs in the low to mid 60s. Whatever! I'm a wimpy Texan. The upside is that I get to layer and wear pretty scarves and boots (err... boot)! Neener, neener, neener.

Dress: Old Navy (clearance!)
Belt: Gap
Tights: Target
Boots: No idea. They're that old.
